These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by Cruiser Taxi. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our services.
Booking and Payment
To book a ride or tour with us, you must provide us with your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, and payment information. You must also agree to our cancellation policy and any additional terms and conditions specific to the ride or tour you are booking.
We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or cash. Payment must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, you will be charged the full amount of the ride or tour.
If we cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Changes to Bookings
You may request changes to your booking, such as a change in pickup or drop-off location or a change in the date or time of your ride or tour, up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability.
Our Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our control, such as traffic delays, road closures, or severe weather conditions.
Our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the provision of our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ride or tour.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time, so please review it periodically. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
